		<description>After swearing them off for a short time, I&#039;ve just delved back into fiddle tunes and fiddlers in general. The first thing I did was go for the good stuff and got some Tommy Jarrell recordings. I don&#039;t know what it is about this guy, but his pattern of bowing seems to lend itself to mandolin picking...it just makes sense to duplicate those sounds with  pick in your hand. As for picking up a bow and giving it run, kudos to you. I haven&#039;t had the courage yet, but the fiddle is waiting for me in its case. I figured I would at least only inflict the &quot;learning&quot; damage on the family one instrument at a time...</description>
